Shelter Support Lead Coordinator

The Shelter Support Lead Coordinator is a support position to the Shelter Manager and is the primary point of contact for the shelter in the absence of the Shelter Manager.

The Shelter Support Lead Coordinator works to administer and fulfill the mission of the shelter and maintains a safe, clean, and positive atmosphere at the facility. They will oversee daily shelter management and some administrative and operational duties.

The pay rate for this position is $24 per hour.

Shelter Support

Shelter Support staff are integral members of the care team at the GSH shelter locations. Shelter Support helps run the shelter office, maintain a positive and welcoming shelter environment and assist individuals who have different barriers to stable housing.

Under the supervision of the Shelter Manager, this position will function as a member of the Good Samaritan Haven team, and adhere to all program guideline requirements.

The Daytime rate for this position is $22 per hour (shifts from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm).

The Overnight rate for this position is $23.25 (shifts from 11pm-7am).

Shelter Co-Manager

The Shelter Co-Manager works to administer and fulfill the mission of the shelter and to maintain a safe, clean, and positive atmosphere at the facility, in collaboration with the other co-manager, and in consultation with the Director of Shelters and Facilities.

The Shelter Co-Manager is responsible for daily shelter operation management of Good Samaritan Haven, in tandem with Shelter Co-Manager.

The pay rate for this position is $28 per hour ($58,240 per year).

Shelter Facilities Technician

The Shelter Facilities Technician is responsible for the daily hands on maintenance, repair, and routine preventative and safety-related facilities tasks across Good Samaritan Haven’s emergency shelter network.

This position is focused on hands-on facilities work, and requires response to emergencies or high-priority situations. The Facilities Technician works closely with shelter leadership, program staff , and external partners to proactively address facility needs.

The pay rate for this position is $25 per hour.

Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager plays a critical role in assisting guests at Good Samaritan Haven, meeting with guests to identify life priorities and create a plan to achieve these goals, with a primary focus on securing housing and support for successful community living. 


Secondary support may include recovery assistance and connecting guests to other service partners to enhance their overall well-being and life skills.
 
The pay rate for this position is $25.25 per hour.

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day functions of the HR department, working closely with the Director of Administration and the HR Consultant to carry out HR operations across the organization. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, processing timesheets and payroll, administering benefits, and assisting with policy implementation and staff communications.

The pay rate for this position is $31.25 per hour ($65,000 per year). Opportunity to start as or train into a Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources role with commensurate compensation for highly qualified candidates.
